Printing on metal
Metal Printing or Metal Decorating for Tin Containers, Pilfer Proof Caps, Crown Corks, Show Boards, and host of other items of mass consumption is done most economically by Offset Printing Process. Unlike paper printing, where inks are drying type, for Metal Printing (Aluminium or Tin Sheet) Stoving inks and formulations are used. These inks and formulations are stoved at a certain time and temperature ratio and each step or process has to be dried first in Oven for next step or process. Most of the regular shades are readily available . Mixing of inks is also done when small quantity of a particular shade is urgently required.
While the Printing Machine is used for design Printing of Metal sheets, Coating/Varnishing Machine is used for applying Sizing, Solid Colour Coatings and Varnish. Offset Plate Making Equipment are used for transferring negative/positive film image on sensitised plate. In case the unit is located in a big city where offset plate making is available with Offset Paper Printers. Plate Making Machines (e.g. Graining, Whirler and Vacuum Frame) can be deleted. Makers of special-purpose machines for manufactures of Pilfer Proof and other types of Closures, it is a privilege to offer some unique and exclusive services, which have seldom been offered so far. Besides Cap making plants, Pilfer Proof Caps is a must to manufacture, which enables to provide detailed know-how of the line as also in-plant training in Factory. As such, offering is not machinery alone, but also knowledge and experience which spares clients the expense and agony of learning by trial and error.
Thoroughbred Machines
There is much truth in the saying that almost everything can be made a little inferior and offered a little cheaper. This is most relevant in case of machinery. There can be no denying the fact that little savings and slips in machinery, prove every expensive and extremely damaging in the long run. Some types of machines such as domestic sewing machines, grinders etc. and even some industrial machines like general-purpose power presses and the like, can be and are mass produced. But, making of special purpose, sophisticated machines calls for stringent standards and each and every part of each and every machines needs individual attention -not only from start to completion of the machine, but also in testing each machine under full scale production condition. Making of caps s as well as making machines, should be well placed to subject each machine to actual full scale production, and each machine is passed for final finishing only after it passes the test of making sufficient caps. This test is by no means a mere formality or a routine job. Each set of machine is made against specific order - sometimes conforming to special requirements and specifications. The customers are invited to witness the final full scale production tests of machine made against their orders.
Crown Corks
Throughout the world, Crown Corks are manufactured with Double Action Power Presses, which are specially made for this purpose and have rated capacities ranging from 100,000 Crowns per hour. While on one hand these Double Action Power Presses offered by multinational manufacturers happen to be very expensive, on the other hand their huge output poses a sales problem, as there are few bulk buyers in the international market. It is also difficult to cater the small buyers. As an indication of the prevalent cost of above mentioned imported plant for manufacture of Crown Corks, it should suffice to mention that interest on such investments alone on such a plant is a huge burden on the complete project, depending upon make and production capacity. After years of research and trials, we have developed a Titan Type Double Ram Action Punching Machine for manufacturing Crown Caps, which has proved to be good and much economical substitute for above-mentioned very high production Press. The equipment offered is, as such, a most suitable for small & medium scale unit.
