Kazakhstan is one of the richest countries in natural resources. Therefore it 's economy growing rapidly and increases of purchasing power and consumer spending are remarkable. New factories, public sites, luxury apartments,shopping centers are built.

Almaty is the commercial center of Kazakhstan , and is also pushing engine of booming economy of the region. The region attracts foreign investors and new plants, factories are established continiously. Economic growth and increasing number of investments are mostly in the field of natural resources; oil, gas and mines.

Therefore there is great demand for the products of plastic industry in industrial field as well as in public utilities.However , local production in plastics sector is scarce , and sector is mostly depending on importation.
